As a Florida Gulf Coast light tackle charter fishing guide Captain Jeff Hagaman is at the top of his game. Capt Jeff's enthusiasm for fishing is contagious. It is a joy to be with someone who has discovered and is living their niche in life. Capt Jeff's fascination with fishing started about as soon as he could walk and has continued to grow and deepen over the years. He has a vast amount of fishing experience.
Jeff started fishing the waters of Tampa Bay, Clearwater, and Florida's Gulf Coast at the age of eight. Before he was out of elementary school he had already caught a great variety of saltwater game fish. As a teenager he appeared in an article in Florida Sportsman Magazine. His love of fishing led him to his first job, where else but in a tackle shop. After graduation Jeff worked as a mate on a charter boat. This job represented a transition for Jeff from catching fish himself to helping others catch fish and he took great pleasure in their fishing success. In 1997 Jeff got his captain's license and started his career as a fishing guide with his charter service business, “Reel Adventures Fishing Charter Service". He shares his passion for tarpon fishing, especially tarpon fishing at Boca Grande, and light tackle flats and back country fishing with his customers on the West Coast of Florida.

Captain Will Shook has fished the waters of Tampa and St Petersburg ever since his parents moved the family to Tampa when he was six months old. Some of his earliest memories are of being out on the water with his father and older brothers. 30 years later, Captain Will is a fulltime professional fishing guide.
When Will was not fishing as a youngster, he was playing football, and he was a three-year letterman at Brandon High School. His hard work and dedication earned him a scholarship to the University of Central Arkansas, where he was again a three-year letterman in football. Thirteen years of football, four at the collegiate level, have taught Will the great values of hard work, dedication, team work, and respect, and those values come into play every time he is on the water.
He is hard working and is dedicated to making your fishing experience unforgettable.
Being a fishing guide has been Captain Will’s lifelong dream and passion; as he says...
What more could you ask for than for your office to be Tampa Bay! So come join me for a fun, relaxing day of fishing or for a rod bending, drag screaming, FISH ON! Adventure of a lifetime.

Captain Jason Prieto was born and raised in the Tampa area, spending most of his childhood involved in all types of sports. Jason grew up on the baseball and football fields as a kid and the days that he did not have practice or games he had a rod in my hand fishing.
I have spent most of my life on the flats of Tampa Bay fishing for the most sought after species. One of my many dreams growing up was to be a professional guide; In 2004 I took the first step towards that goal by get my captains license and started Steady Action Fishing Charters Inc. Since then I have become an outdoor writer to share my knowledge with others through monthly articles. I have always had a competitive edge in me that relates back to my days as a child playing sports. This has carried with me through the years by fishing and placing on the top of the leader boards in numerous tournaments. I have participated in Pro staff programs for top companies like Daiwa, Canyon Bay boats, Daiichi Hooks , and Power Pole. In 2006 we started our radio show Outdoor Fishing Adventures. This was another way to share my knowledge and fishing experiences on a weekly basis. Fishing has been a big part of my life, so come share the experience.
